The original
idea for
Hunting for Bambi™
was conceived several years ago by founder and Master
Hunter, Michael Burdick. A simple reality video concept -
hunting naked women with paintball guns.
Filming and editing was done in Spring of 2003. A nationwide
campaign was launched in July 2003.
The hook? Men willing to pay $5000 - $10,000 to fly to Las
Vegas, pick the girl (s) of his choice, and hunt them -
naked, for the day. A custom private video would be made for
the 'hunter' to keep.
This hook spawned a great deal of media attention worldwide!
Many newspapers, magazines, radio stations, and television
stations ran with the
Hunting for Bambi™
story.
Jay Leno, David Letterman, Howard Stern, Fox, CNN, MSNBC,
ABC, CBS, NBC, and even the BBC, all carried news about
Hunting for Bambi™.
It sold tens of thousands of videos in a matter of weeks.
This hook actually created a real demand for the Safari
Hunts. There's currently a waiting list!!!
You may have heard that
Hunting for Bambi™
was a fake, fraud, or hoax. Here's a question. How can a
video (entertainment) be a hoax? It's an actual product you
can purchase.
HERE ARE THE FACTS:
It's true the "hook" used was that people paid $5000 -
$10,000 to hunt naked women with paintball guns.
Of course, the video is an actual product you can purchase.
So, this is definitely not a hoax. No one was ever arrested.
Michael Burdick, the founder, was
charged with doing business without a license (serious crime here!) and lying to
a public official (another life sentence!). The corporation had a valid business
license, so why the frivolous charges?
Since when did anyone get prosecuted
for a "crime" of lying to a public official?
Hunting for Bambi was billed as "an embarrassment" to
Las Vegas by City Officials. How in the hell can you embarrass Las Vegas - Sin City
- the Entertainment Capital of the World? There's more hookers walking around
the Hotels and Casinos than anywhere else in the country!
Furthermore, upwards of $100,000 was
spent trying to prosecute a misdemeanor (like a speeding ticket) that carried a maximum fine of $1100! Talk
about a waste of taxpayer money!
We're ramping up
to continually film the
Hunting for Bambi™
Video Series. Each new "episode" will tie into the next.
Imagine an ongoing "saga" or weekly TV Series. The quest for
ultimate Bambi Tail is never ending!
A separate
vacation company will be booking the
Hunting for Bambi™
Safari Hunts.
A merchandise
clothing line, board game, and even a video game for
Nintendo, X-Box, and online play is in development.
Like it,
or not, Hunting for Bambi™ is here to stay.

Cheers, and Happy Hunting!
